Strawberries With Strawberry Sauce
“Jack Daniel’s Cookbook” (Rutledge Hill Press, 1988)

Ingredients:

5 cups capped, fresh, whole strawberries 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate 1/4 cup white wine 2 tablespoons sugar Mint sprigs

Instructions:

In a food processor fitted with steel blade, puree a third of the strawberries with the orange juice concentrate, wine and sugar. Halve the remaining strawberries and divide among four stemmed wine glasses. Pour sauce over berries. Top each with a mint sprig.

Makes four servings.
