Simplest Chocolate Mousse Recipe Courtesy Naomi Judd, Naomi’s Home Companion
Ingredients:
4 ounces German sweet chocolate, chopped
3 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
In a small heavy saucepan, melt together chocolate and water over low heat. Cool. Stir in vanilla. Transfer to a medium bowl. With a rubber spatula, fold in the whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate until well-chilled, about two hours.
